Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the script has not been downloaded, installed, or used on a live server.

2. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket in Discord with your order reference. Our team reviews requests and responds within one business day.

3. Non-refundable situations

Purchases are not eligible for a refund once the download has been accessed, once the license key has been activated, or after the 24-hour window has passed.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension of access to purchased resources and future purchases.
