Terms of Service

1. License grant

Purchasing a script grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that resource on servers you own or operate. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of source files is prohibited.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your download access and license credentials secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from shared or leaked credentials.

3. Updates and support

Purchases include free updates for the script and access to community support in Discord. Support does not cover custom modifications you make to the source code.

4. Acceptable use

Scripts may not be used in a way that violates the terms of the platform they run on, nor modified and redistributed as a competing product.

5. Limitation of liability

Scripts are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost revenue or player data, arising from the use of a purchased resource.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of purchased scripts after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
