Terms of Service

By accessing or using Scyde Bot ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Scyde Bot provides a Discord bot service with moderation, music, leveling, economy, AI features, and a web-based management dashboard. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
• Update these terms with reasonable notice to users
• Impose usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

Your Scyde Bot account is linked to your Discord account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your Discord account complies with Discord's ToS

You agree NOT to use Scyde Bot for any of the following:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
• Spamming, raiding, or disrupting other Discord servers
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the bot
• Using automated tools to abuse bot commands
• Illegal activities or facilitation thereof
• Impersonating Scyde Bot staff or other users

Scyde Bot Premium subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• No refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation
• Premium features remain active until end of billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

All content, code, designs, and materials related to Scyde Bot are owned by Scyde Bot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your server data and configurations remain your property.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scyde Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by removing the bot and contacting us to delete your data. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit regarding these Terms.
